		Luis Filipe , CMA joined USA Risk Group West, Inc. as Vice President in 2007. Luis is responsible for managing the operations of the captive insurance companies domiciled in the western region. Prior to joining USA Risk, Luis worked in captive management in the Cayman Islands and in South Carolina. He has been involved in the management of over 100 captive insurance companies since 1999. Luis also worked for 2 large multinational insurance carriers and has over 16 years experience in the insurance industry. Luis is a Canadian Certified Management Accountant.
