USA Risk Group (Cayman), Ltd. was established in July 2005 and rapidly expanded its operations with the purchase of the ongoing Cayman captive management business of JLT Risk Solutions (Cayman), Ltd. in December 2005. USA Risk Group has identified Cayman as a critical area for expansion in the USA Risk Group business model and the purchase of the JLT business was a perfect fit to the group's plan to become a major presence in the 2nd largest captive domicile in the world."

		Paul Macey joined USA Risk Group in late 2005 as Senior Vice President of USA Risk Group (Cayman), Ltd. In this position Paul is responsible for managing the Cayman office and dealing with all insurance related activities of client companies under management. Paul has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, most recently as Partner and Insurance Manager of JLT Risk Solutions (Cayman), Limited. In this position, Paul was responsible for insurance related activities of client companies, including brokerage insurance technical support and program design. 		Rob Leadbetter, Vice President of Cayman operations, is responsible for a portfolio of clients and serves as a primary contact for Cayman clients and the Insurance Department of the Cayman Islands Monetary Authority. Rob holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the Open University of British Columbia and has been a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in Canada since 2001. 		Gillian Owen, CA, Vice President of USA Risk Group (Cayman), Ltd. joined USA Risk Group in late 2005 as Vice President of USA Risk Group (Cayman), Ltd. In this position Gill is responsible for the oversight of the account management staff and ensuring a quality work product. Gill has over 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, most recently as an Account Manager for JLT Risk Solutions (Cayman), Limited. In this position, Gill was responsible for management of offshore captive insurance companies, involving the timely preparation of financial statements and administration of each company’s affairs both financial and corporate.
