With over seventeen years of experience in the alternative market, he has been involved in the establishment of numerous single parent captives, association captives, risk retention groups, and traditional group insurance programs. He has also spoken at several national industry conferences, served on the NRRA membership committee, and was Treasurer of the Hawaii Captive Insurance Council. He currently serves on the Legislative Committee of the Vermont Captive Insurance Association. |

He is currently a Director of the Vermont Captive Insurance Association. |

Jeff, a Certified Public Accountant since 1990, has 18 years experience in the captive insurance industry. Jeff has had experience working for a large broker, a self-managed captive insurance company and for the past 10 years has focus the majority of his time in the creation and formation of captive arrangements ranging from single parents to sponsored facilities to risk retention groups. He is an active participant with the Vermont Captive Insurance Association and other industry associations and has also spoken at several industry conferences He has been a member of the VCIA’s legislative committee for the past 10 years. Jeff holds the ARM designation which he earned in 1998 and has been a licensed insurance producer in the State of Vermont since 2005. He is a graduate of the University of Vermont with a degree in Business Administration.

Paul earned a degree in Economics at Clemson University and completed a concentration in Accounting at the College of Charleston. A Certified Public Accountant since 1991, he has worked extensively in both public and private accounting and is active in the South Carolina Association of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently a Director of the South Carolina Captive Insurance Association. |

Paul joined USA Risk Group in late 2005 as Senior Vice President of USA Risk Group (Cayman), Ltd. In this position Paul is responsible for managing the Cayman office and dealing with all insurance related activities of client companies under management.
Paul has over 15 years of experience in the insurance industry, most recently as Partner and Insurance Manager of JLT Risk Solutions (Cayman), Limited. In this position, Paul was responsible for insurance related activities of client companies, including brokerage insurance technical support and program design.

Eric Miller has been with USA Risk Group for seventeen years. He has held senior positions with USA Risk Group's mass merchandising operation (NCA) and our managing general underwriting operation. Eric is currently the president of USA Risk Group's Alternative Market Services Division and as such oversees all non-captive operations of the Group. He is also president of USA Risk Group Managers and USA Risk Group of the Virgin Islands. He has created the GapAssist(tm) product and our Decision Tree underwriting software. GapAssist(tm) is a financial service providing uncollateralized Letters of Credit for Gap collateralization. USA Risk Group's Decision Tree software is a web-based, interactive, dynamic, underwriting tool. |

Tom is also a licensed securities dealer and worked for many years as a stockbroker and principal for an NASD member firm. His experience in financial services and insurance services gives him invaluable knowledge of both industries, which benefits NCA’s corporate and individual clientele. Tom has 20 years’ experience in the mass merchandising, group sponsored insurance field. He is knowledgeable in all areas of program administration, including program design, carrier relationships, marketing, payroll deduction, sales and service center operations.
